Errors : How do I fix an HTTP Error 500 during an import which has occurred since an upgrade?

This problem occurs if a file is left over from a previous version of the EPS. You should perform the following steps;

  1. Shut down the EPS.
  2. Delete everything inside the work directory in the jetty directory inside the EPS installation directory.
  3. Restart the EPS.
  4. If you perform the import again it will complete normally.
